COLUMBIA, S.C. – These are the final photos I selected. I wanted to show the impact COVID-19 had on businesses in five points, so the first image shows overall the traffic around five points, one man walking. The second shows the closed down strip of businesses on Saluda Ave. The last image shows how some of the businesses are adjusting, so they can stay open during this time.

Publico is still serving individuals through an opening in their window, but no one is there to order any food. Mainly delivery services are doing pickup orders rather than people leaving their homes. © 2020 Thomas Goss
Popular handout spot for drinks brought all of their tables chairs inside, and closed thier doors to the public. Popular stores in this strip consisted of a bar, ice cream bar, and a coffee shop. All three of these popular businesses have closed their doors to the public. © 2020 Thomas Goss
